  1. Thank you for your piece on Brother Huey P. Newton, Ph.D and former Black Panther herein. With respect to our recent conversation on Blog Talk Radio: The Initiative Radio Network, you pointed out how Bro Newton was probably misunderstood with his approach to the concept of wanting to form alliances with white America as a means of inclusive justice. Last evening, on The Initiative, H. Rap Brown was the featured topic and in contrast to Bro Newton, also was seeking to be a part of various entities seek a remedy to injustices for all in white America, as former BPP member. I would just suggest that we look closely at the movements of the ’60’s & ’70’s and the movement leaders and not to leave out the esteems Bro Malcolm X. I believe there is guidance in such research and lessons we can ill afford to let slip away and pass on to the next generations. Thank you Dr. Jones for being one of our present day leaders with your great work and insights. We need you with us…
